Refund Policy

Feelgood Health offers a 90 day Money Back or Exchange Guarantee to enable you to shop risk free! To be eligible for a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at helpdesk@feelgoodhealth.co.za or phone 021 7970193 with your order number to advise us that you want to return your purchase.
2. Post or courier your purchase to us at 37A Boulevard Way, Capricorn Business Park, Cape Town
3. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund the cost of the products into your nominated bank account (EFT orders) or into your credit card (credit card payments), depending on the original payment method.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Depending on the bank, the transaction can take a few days to clear. Credit card refunds can also take a few days to reflect.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at helpdesk@feelgoodhealth.co.za.

Exchanges

We are happy to do an exchange instead of a refund under certain conditions as we would like to know that you have achieved the desired result from using your product. If your chosen product is not working for you, please let us know and we may be able to recommend a product that is better suited to your problem. If we agree on an exchange, you will need to return your purchase to us and we will ship the replacement to your door free of charge, once we have received your returned item in good order.

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: 37A Boulevard Way, Capricorn Business Park, Cape Town

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Damaged or incorrect products

If your product is damaged or defective in any way, or if we have got your order wrong, please email us at helpdesk@feelgoodhealth.co.za, within 7 days of receipt, along with pictures of the product or the damage so that we can arrange a refund or a replacement. Please always include your full name and order number if possible. Should we require damaged or incorrect products to be returned, we will arrange this at our expense. Please note that we will not accept returns without prior authorisation. 

Other refunds

If for some other reason you want to return your products (e.g. you don't want them anymore), you are welcome to do so within 90 days of order. The products must be in new condition and unopened. Please note that no returns will be accepted unless they have first been authorised by emailing helpdesk@feelgoodhealth.co.za. 

Once the return has been authorised, the products should be shipped back to us at your expense. We will arrange a refund voucher or replacement on receipt of the products in good condition.
